विदित हो कि जौनपुर जिले के रामपुर ब्लॉक के अंतर्गत सकरा गांव में 8 मुसहर परिवार के पास एक वक्त का भी राशन नही है। जब यह लोग प्रधान के पास राशन लेने के लिए गए तो उक्त गाँव के प्रधान ने कहा कि मेरे पास खुद के लिए  राशन नही है।

अतः आपसे से निवेदन है कि अविलम्ब 8 मुसहर परिवार को राशन प्रदान करने की कृपा करे जिससे वह लोग अपना भरण पोषण कर सके|

विदित हो कि रिंकी पत्नी संतोष कुमार, गाँव टेकुरी थाना चौबेपुर वाराणसी की मूल निवासिनी है| रिंकी कोहर जाति की है| रिंकी काफी वर्षो से प्रतिज्ञापूरी कॉलोनी लेन न – 2 ग्राम लमही थाना – कैंट जिला वाराणसी में रह रही है| रिंकी घरो में बर्तन माजकर और संतोष कुमार दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करके अपने घर का खर्च चलाते है| रिंकी के पास दो बच्चे (12 वर्षीया बेटी और 6 वर्ष का बेटा) है| बंदी के कारण दोनों काम पर नहीं जा पा रहे है| अभी उनके पास दो दिन का राशन है| उसके आगे उनके पास कोई जरिया नहीं है|

रिंकी के पति का श्रम विभाग में पंजीकरण है 09685200073758 है|

अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त परिवार को वैकल्पिक राशन कार्ड जारी करने का आदेश करे जिससे उनको सस्ते दर पर अनाज मिल सके और रिंकी अपने परिवार का भरण – पोषण कर सकेगें|

महोदय,

 

विदित हो कि राबर्ट्सगंज के रौप गाँव के रौप घसिया बस्ती में  लगभग 120 परिवार रह रहे है। इन लोगो को पानी लेने के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को पार करके बंधा से पानी लाना पड़ता है। इसके पहले कई बार हैंडपंप की बोरिंग हुई लेकिन पथरीला होने के कारण कुछदिन तक पानी आया और फिर सूख गया। 

 

अभी जब उक्त परिवार पानी लेने जा रहे है तो स्थानीय पुलिस उनको जाने नहीं दे रही है|जिसके वजह से बिना पानी के दिनभर गुजरना पड़ रहा है| जबकि कोरोना वायरस के बचाव के लिए कुछ कुछ समय पर हाथ धोने के लिए कहा जा रहा है| साफ़ सफाई नहीं होने के कारण कई तरीके के बीमारी के चपेट में आ जाते है। 

 

इसके पहले हमारी संस्था ने इस बस्ती में बोरिंग कराकर सबमर्सिबल और जनरेटर लगवाया। सबमर्सिबल को इसी बस्ती के संतोष ने निकालकर अपने घर मे लगवा लिया है। 

 

दूसरी तरफ इस बस्ती के लोग सरकार द्वरा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में कर्मा नृत्य करके अपना खर्च चलते है वही कुछ लोग दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करके|

 

 अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त रौप घसिया बस्ती में पानी का टैंककर भेजवाने व राशन मुहैया कराने की कृपा करे जिससे इस बस्ती के लोग भी कोरोना वायरस से अपने बचाव करके इस चक्र को तोड़ने अपनी सक्रिय भागीदारी कर सके|

विदित हो कि जिला  जौनपुर के चंदवक थानान्तर्गत ग्राम जमुआ क निवासी रोहित मुसहर पुत्र परमू मुसहर तथा खलासी सूरज पुत्र मुन्ना 22 मार्च, 2020 की रात तक़रीबन 11 बजे ग्राम मोहाव गोसाईपुर के निवासी रामप्रवेश का बिसलेरी की पानी से लदी ट्रक लेकर गए|

महोदय अभी उक्त रोहित मुसहर व सूरज बिहार के पटना के निकट बिहटा चौराहे के समीप फसे हुए है| उनके पास राशन नहीं है और न ही राशन खरीदने के लिए पैसा| इस सम्बन्ध में उन लोगो ने जब ट्रक मालिक को सूचित किया तब उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार बार्डर से आप निकलिए हम उत्तर प्रदेश में आपकी मदद करेंगे| अभी रोहित और सूरज वही फसे है उनके ट्रक के साथ तक़रीबन दस ट्रक और भी है|

      विदित है कि मिर्जापुर जिला के चुनार तहसील अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित मुसहर बस्ती लाक डाउन के वजह से प्रभावित है| यह सभी मजदूर परिवार कार्य करने से वंचित हो गये है जिस कारण सभी परिवारों के पास न तो राशन है |

1.     ग्राम मरफा (नई बस्ती) निवासी रमेश मुसहर पुत्र स्व० छोटू मुसहर जो दिहाड़ी मजदूर है इनके परिवार में सात सदस्य और बस्ती में लगभग 15  परिवार  निवासरत है | तथा

2.     ग्राम इनरिया नुआव में करीब 10 मुसहर परिवार

  अत: महोदय से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस गभीर मामले को संज्ञान में लेकर त्वरित कार्यवाही करे जिससे उपरोक्त मुसहर परिवारों को अविल्म्भ राशन मुहैया कराया जा सके और जिन परिवारों के पास राशन कार्ड नहीं है उनका अविलम्ब  कार्ड बनाया जाय|

Taking the reference of the Honorable Supreme Court direction on 23^rd March, 2020. The honorable court had directed all states and Union Territories to set up 'High Level Committees' to determine the class of #prisoners who could be released on parole for four to six weeks. It also observed that the prisoners convicted of or charged with offences having jail term of up to seven years can be given parole to decongest jails.

 

Therefore it is a kind request please take appropriate action and direct to the each state/UT for immediate formation of High level Committee for the release of prisoners on parole and also to the prisoners who spend more than 20 years in Jail.
