किसान बंसी कुशवाहा को मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस ने इतना मारा कि उनकी मौत हो गई. 16 अप्रैल शाम को 50 वर्षीय किसान बंशी कुशवाह अपने खेतों को पानी देकर घर आ रहे थे. रास्ते मे छह पुलिसकर्मियों ने उन्हें रोका और इलाके में चल रहे जुए के धंधे के बारे में पूछने लगे.

बंसी ने कोई जानकारी होने से इनकार किया। इस पर पुलिस वालों ने उन्हें इतना मारा कि वे बेहोश हो गए। बंसी के पड़ोसी उन्हें घर लेकर आए। सोमवार को बंसी की मौत हो गई.

इसके पहले यूपी के टांडा में बिस्कुट खरीदने गए एक दिहाड़ी मजदूर को पुलिस ने इतना पीटा कि वह मर गया।

जनता अपने तरीके से लिंचिंग कर रही है। पुलिस अपने हिस्से की लिंचिंग कर रही है। नेता को जो सूट करेगा, उसको माला पहना देगा।

हम किसकी-किसकी निंदा करें? जनता की शिकायत पुलिस से कर सकते हैं, पुलिस की शिकायत किससे करें? पुलिस की शिकायत पीएम-सीएम से कर सकते हैं, लेकिन उनकी शिकायत किससे करें?

चौकीदार के ही चोर हो जाने का संकट बड़ा विचित्र होता है!
