#PVCHR humanitarian approach to fight back COVID -19

Most of the communities we are working belonging to vulnerable groups, communities and poor. They are the daily and landless worker. After the nation wide lock down these communities faced food and essential items crises. “That’s why our staff, volunteer and friend is bringing in notice of the State Government, District Administration for providing food and other essential Items. Secondly we are working directly providing cooked food and food grains.

On the eve of the World Health day we (Peoples' Vigilance Committee on Human Rights/Jan Mitra Nyas) donated 100 mask and 100 Powdered Latex Examination Gloves to the frontline health worker in Pindra Primary Health Center, Varanasi for screening of migrant labour.

We know this contribution is small but here we stand together nurses and midwives who play critical role in keeping us healthy. They are providing pregnant women the information & services they need to prevent infection & help them deliver safely in uncertain times. In five blocks we are working with frontline health worker on maternal and neo natal health.

Therefore we urge you to support us for providing more mask and gloves to the frontline health worker.
